History

The Fursetgruppen is born

In 1996 he became chef at Lofoten Fiskerestaurant, and alreaddy the following year he bought the restaurant together with his father. A childhood dream came true. Bjørn Tore Furset is a man with strong opinions about how things should be done, and always do a thorough market and financial analysis, before any project.

The headquarters of Fursetgruppen was created in March 2008, and takes care only of the administration. The main office is working exclusively as a support system for the restaurants. The employees should be allowed to do things their  own way, as long as it is really good.
