Norway Seafood Restaurant.
Fursetgruppen Restaurant group, led by Bjorn Tore Furset, was so fortunate to be awarded the honorable mission of Innovation Norway to create a restaurant in connection with the World Exposition in Shanghai EXPO 2010.
RESTAURANT:
We were serving fresh fish and seafood every day in the restaurant, and got airborne twice weekly from Norway. It allowed us to offer a varied, rich and Norwegian menu, that became very popular with the Chinese.
Norway Seafood Restaurant could seat 80 guests inside and 25 guests outdoors, and we experienced several days that there were long queues outside the restaurant area. We could also serve the guests at the service center in the 2 floor, which was intended for seminars, meetings and large dinners. The restaurant had about. 35 employees, some Norwegians and partly Chinese, and the menus varied by time of day and the guest purpose of the visit. We served everything from small delicate flavors a little more exclusive dishes from an exquisite a la carte menu.
